As organisations manage increasingly complex portfolios of digital, data and AI initiatives, robust project support is essential to maintaining control, ensuring consistency and enabling delivery teams to operate effectively. Ofgem plays a vital role in the UK’s energy system, protecting consumers and enabling a more secure, fair and sustainable energy future, and high-quality delivery support is key to achieving this.

As a Digital Project Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of digital projects. Working closely with Delivery Managers and Portfolio colleagues, you will help ensure that projects are well-organised, properly tracked and aligned with the Delivery Excellence Framework. You will contribute to maintaining delivery momentum by providing high-quality administrative, planning and reporting support across one or more areas of the portfolio.
This role offers an opportunity to develop experience across a wide range of digital initiatives within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will build your understanding of project delivery while contributing directly to the success of the organisation’s digital transformation.
