We want to be straightforward about this. Here is exactly how refunds work for each plan.
Interview Sprint (£24.99/month)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no hoops to jump through.
- Cancelling stops your next monthly renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a partial refund for unused days.
Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you retain access until the end of that month but are not charged again.
Lifetime (£99.99)
- 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
- After 14 days from purchase, all Lifetime sales are final.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email customerservice@csinterviewcoach.com with your account email address and the subject line “Refund request”.
When we will always refund
Regardless of plan or the circumstances above, we will always issue a full refund if:
- Duplicate charge or billing error — you were charged more than once for the same period, or an incorrect amount was taken.
- Genuine technical failure — a fault on our side prevented you from accessing the service in any meaningful way after payment.
How to request a refund
- Email customerservice@csinterviewcoach.comwith the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include your account email address and your order details (and your Stripe order reference if you have it).
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
