Job description

The Workplace Wellbeing Co‑ordinator leads the implementation of the establishment’s Staff Wellbeing Plan, delivering both preventative and responsive wellbeing interventions. They will coordinate peer support programmes, ensure the quality and governance of wellbeing activity, collect data, report against national frameworks, and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

They will deliver a professionalised wellbeing support offer that enhances staff morale, engagement, psychological safety and organisational culture.

Nationality requirements

This job is broadly open to the following groups:
