SPI Land Based Activities and Horticulture (Ref: 22004)

Essential experience:

• Horticulture experience, commercial and/or crops growing and rotation including use of horticultural machinery/tractors.
• Experience of grounds maintenance, crop production, market and/or commercial horticulture.

Technical Skills:

• Full UK driving license
• Currently hold or be prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification or equivalent in horticultural
• Currently hold or be prepared to work towards PA1 PA6 spray certification.
• Currently hold or be prepared to work towards a recognised workplace assessor qualification.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance processes, sowing, growing, cropping and rotating.
