JCTPPH - Regional CT Intelligence Researcher (South West) (Ref: 22954)

HMPPS Band 3

This will cover the South West Intelligence region. There is an expectation for candidates to undertake moderate travel within the region and therefore live within the region.

There will also be regular travel to attend regional meetings which are typically located in the following regions: South West, Wales, West Midlands and the North West. Attendance at National meetings may require wider ad-hoc travel. Establishments within the South West region (where the role is based) are across Avon & Somerset, Devon & Cornwall, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

Candidates that are successful after the initial application, will be invited for an assessment session. The assessment will be in person (date and location to be confirmed) and will be structured around assessing Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail. Candidates that complete the assessment successfully will then be invited to a virtual interview (date to be confirmed).

The successful candidate will be contractually based at one of the following locations:

• Queensway House, North Somerset Magistrates’ Court, Worle, Weston-super-Mare BS22 7BB.
• HMP Bristol, 19 Cambridge Road, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 8PS.
• Exeter Probation Office, 3 Barnfield Road, Exeter, Devon EX1 1RD
