Digital Analytics Lead

The Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for ensuring that we measure what matters. Working at the intersection of business, data and analytics, the role helps stakeholders move through broad objectives and complex challenges to clear, measurable goals through which success can be established through data.

This is a highly visible, genuinely varied role: part strategist, part business analyst, part technical lead, part storyteller. You'll design measurement frameworks, embed them into the delivery of major digital initiatives, and translate into technical briefs that will deliver insight that changes minds and shapes priorities. You'll contribute to emerging measurement approaches such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), performance-manage analytics agency contracts and support related procurement activity, line manage and develop our Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist, and act as the connection between business stakeholders, developers, agencies, BI and data teams.
