A small company with a big reach, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working, a 9-day fortnight scheme, a performance-related variable pay bonus, a generous pension scheme and great opportunities for development. We care for colleagues, respect one another, invest in our people and manage talent effectively.
We are currently working in a hybrid way with colleagues expected to work at their chosen office location for 40% of their working month.
The Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They are responsible for understanding the business goals, target operating models, processes, and challenges and then translating these into clear, outcome focussed requirements for delivery by NS&I’s strategic partners. Their role is to ensure that business objectives are understood and met through the most effective use of technology and processes.
The Business Analyst performs an influential role within the Business Transformation Programme, providing project scope definition, process modelling, gap analysis, requirements definition, feasibility assessments, and support for funding approvals and benefits realisation. Collectively these activities help manage complexity, prevent miscommunication, improve operational efficiency, mitigate risk and support delivery of business value.
