Job description
The successful candidate will support the delivery of land-based activities, including livestock farming, food production, and horticulture. The role requires a flexible and collaborative approach, providing cover across different aspects of land based activity as required. Responsibilities will include the supervision, support, and development of prisoners within a working environment, helping them to gain vocational skills, industry knowledge, and employment-focused behaviours that support their rehabilitation and future employability.
This will be a hybrid role, working across different areas of the Industries Department.
