Job description
This role is based within Corporate Services working as part of the Workforce Planning Team. This is a small team co-ordinating all aspects of workforce planning and resourcing for the Probation Service Yorkshire and the Humber. The successful candidate will require strong analytical skills and be able to work confidently on their own and as part of a team. Experience in using Excel and Power BI is desirable. Effective communication skills are integral to this role as well as being able to liaise with colleagues to receive, collate and analyse information, compile reports and create and maintain trackers and dashboards. Problem solving is an important part of this role as is the ability to be able to develop and utilise data to identify trends and issues. The successful candidate will be required to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders of all grades and perform their duties in a professional manner. This role supports the whole of the Yorkshire and the Humber region with the provision of high quality management information tools to provide a flexible analytical resource to meet regional requirements.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject (or appropriate practical experience)
