  • You will need to demonstrate knowledge of the affordable housing sector, understanding of development and viability appraisals as well as housing markets.
  • Partnership working will be a key requirement in this role alongside creative thinking to help develop and roll out new initiatives via good project management and clear communications.

Job description

You will be part of a team working closely with government and sector partners to deliver this ambitious programme. We are looking for individuals who are motivated by the opportunity to shape how we deliver, as Homes England moves towards a more regional, place-based approach.

Working with the Senior Growth Manager you will play a critical role in the delivery of affordable housing working closely with the national, regional and wider AHG teams.

This is a rare chance to shape the future of affordable housing delivery in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional, enthusiastic team from all parts of the Agency, you will support new and existing partners to deliver high-quality homes. You will also have the opportunity to help progress strategic interventions and long-term plans to deliver the homes that people need.
