Job summary
The Minor New Works Delivery Manager, working alongside the lead in a team of four, oversees and manages delivery of Minor New works across Dstl as well as implementing improvements across the Estate.
You will ensure best value and compliance, and that quality and statutory obligations are in place throughout all works.
You will support the Estates Contract Management Team in the delivery of service contracts, via proactive engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- We are looking for someone who has experience of facilities and assurance activities as well as knowledge of maintenance and improvements of infrastructure projects.
- You will also have experience in Project Delivery and Project Management as well having an understanding and complying with real estate and related statutory, regulatory and professional requirements.

Job description
In this role you will:
You will support the Estates FM Technical Lead and Estates colleagues in delivering an effective and efficient service to manage minor works projects across Dstl.
You will also take a systemic view across Estates activities, supporting others to achieve and maintain the highest levels of delivery of new and change projects.

Qualifications
Essential:
- A Project Management qualification.
- Government Commercial Function, Contract Management Foundation Level. (If not already held, the Foundation Level should be passed within 1 month of commencing the role.)
