What they’re looking for
- We are looking for a strategic, curious and credible OD&D leader who can see the organisation as a whole and understand the connections between people, structures, processes, technology, culture and organisational outcomes.
- You will bring a thoughtful and diagnostic approach, with the confidence to ask challenging questions, constructively test assumptions and help senior leaders identify the underlying issue before moving to solutions. You will combine professional expertise with pragmatism, translating OD&D theory and evidence into accessible approaches that work in a complex organisational environment.
- Collaborative and inclusive in your approach, you will build trusted relationships across professional and organisational boundaries and empower leaders and teams to develop their own capability rather than creating dependency on specialist support. You will be comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities, bringing resilience, sound judgement and persistence to complex organisational challenges.
- Above all, you will be focused on outcomes and continuous improvement, with the curiosity to test new approaches, learn from evidence and demonstrate how OD&D activity is making a meaningful difference.
