Communications AI Integration Lead

We are looking for a Communications AI Integration Lead to lead the practical adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging digital tools for the Corporate Communications teams, improving the design, delivery and evaluation of all communications campaigns.

This is a new role with the chance to shape how AI is used within HM Land Registry’s communications.

As the Communications AI Integration Lead, the role will focus on developing and leading on the use of AI tools. The role will be responsible for the review of existing methods of data collection through AI for horizon scanning, campaign and channel evaluation and social media insight at HM Land Registry (HMLR).

The role will focus on practical application of AI within the communications function, enabling more effective objective setting, analysis of audience insight, content creation, engagement, and evaluation, while ensuring the use of AI is safe, ethical, and aligned with HMLR and wider civil service standards.

You will have the opportunity to create tools and processes that do not currently exist, such as bespoke AI dashboards and automated tracking systems. You will have the chance to pilot and iterate solutions and establish ways of working that will define how HMLR’s communications teams use AI and digitisation.

• Analytical capability: Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights, identify where further evidence or clarification is needed, and produce reports that inform and influence communications strategies.
• Implementing Change: Experience embedding monitoring tools (e.g., social listening, reputation tracking) into an organisation’s workflow.

Interview

If successful at shortlisting stage, you will be invited to attend a virtual, blended interview and deliver a pre-prepared task. The blended interview will test the essential experience and behaviours listed in the Job Description, details will be provided on invitation to interview.
